Iron and Ferritin
Iron and Ferritin lives play an important role in an athletes performance. Your blood helps transport oxygen to muscle cells. If iron levels are low (ferritin) then transportation of oxygen in the blood is not effecient.

Equipment

College Recruiting Requirments
After high school there are options to run at the college level in NCAA, NAIA and Jr Colleges. It is important to know the requirements to run at the college level including needed courses and credits.
